Instructions:

• Kit includes a rubber support pad for the ankle strap which adds additional support. Pad can be trimmed to fit the smaller strap if necessary, by simply cutting the middle of the pad out
• The extra hook and loop strap included is provided for small shoe sizes
• Adjust until you find your optimum fit. Using scissors, trim the hook and loop straps and under foot protection sleeve for your personal size
• Like any skydiving equipment, this equipment should be checked before each jump
