Within the U.S.A. we can ship via UPS or via Parcel Priority via USPS.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method to a better way depending on address and weight of package.

Shipping rates are subject to change or correction without notice.

Customer must enter our Coupon Code on their web order for it to be valid. 

Items may be shipped seperately.

Shipping charges will be added to backorded items.

We have a $25 Minimum merchandise purchase.

Gift Certificates are considered cash and must be mailed in to be valid.

Orders shipped within the State of Illinois are subject to 9.25 percent sales tax.

Require a shipment to be sent Overnight? Order must be placed before 12:00 Noon CST.

UPS Address Change fees of $20 will be charged to your account if UPS has to change the address you provided for any reason.

Shipments that have left ParaGear cannot be redirected.

All items are subject to prior sale.

A 30 percent deposit is required for all custom items.  Balance is due prior to shipping. 

Due to the ever-changing market of sport parachuting equipment, prices are subject to change without notice.

Most hardware in the catalog accepts 1-3/4" webbing.

Custom order forms must be filled out completely before the order can be processed.

Custom orders cannot be changed after 10 business days.  If changes are possible there will be a fee of $25 or more.  Cancellations, if possible, could be as high as $200 depending on the manufacturer.

Tee-shirt patterns, designs of equipment, and fabric colors may change without notice.

Smoke Signals will be shipped by FedEx Ground Service to a Commercial Address in the USA only.  FedEx Hazardous Material Fee is $45 and subject to change.  Shipping fees are additional cost.

Custom Jumpsuits must be fully paid for when ordered.

Contact ParaGear prior to returning any item.

Our guarantee covers any defect in material or workmanship occurring under normal use within 30 days of purchase. 

If we return equipment to the manufacturer for repair, and there is a charge, the customer will be billed. 

Unused and still in new condition items will be accepted up to 30 days after delivery.

There may be a restocking fee of 20 percent for returned goods.  Any line, fabric, or webbing that has been cut to length is subject to a restocking fee of 30 percent. 

Computer programs, DVDs, electrical items, and Smoke Signals cannot be returned. Custom made equipment cannot be returned. 

After 30 days, we recommend that any defective items be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Outside of the U.S.A. we can ship via Parcel Priority via USPS.  If you want us to ship via UPS or by Air Freight, contact us for a quote.

For our International Customers:  If you want to pay by wire transfer, contact ParaGear for banking information.  Include $25.00 additional for banking fees.
