Here are the inside measurements when the band is slack. NOTE: All measurements are measured when the elastic is slack.

Small - 5.5" (14cm) circumference
Medium - 6.3" (16cm) circumference

X-Large - 7.5" (19cm) circumference
XX-Large - 8.3" (21cm) circumference

L&B recommend that it is stretched no more than 0.4" - 0.8" (1cm - 2cm) for a comfortable fit.
