The PHANTOM Jump Bottle System, B47310-1, represents the next generation in parachutist oxygen equipment. When combined with the new PHANTOM mask and regulator assembly, the new system is a breakthrough in comfort and performance.

The PHANTOM Jump Bottle System uses state-of-the-art material technology to provide significantly increased oxygen supply durations while reducing the overall weight of the system. The system consists of a lightweight carbon-fiber full composite (CFFC) oxygen cylinder and pressure assembly. When filled to 3,000 psig, it provides 410 liters of breathable oxygen, 45% more than a comparable PHAOS system.

The system is supplied with a 39-inch, small diameter flexible hose which can connect to either the PHAOS or PHANTOM masks. The new hose has a smaller diameter than previous systems. This minimizes interference with jump equipment and offers great mobility.

The PHANTOM Mask and Regulator Assembly combines the latest GENTEX parachutists oxygen mask (PM HALO/HAHO) with a high performance miniature oxygen regulator. The PHANTOM system is much more comfortable and provides significantly improved performance over existing systems.

The GENTEX mask includes a high flow, non-compensated exhalation valve along with an integral anti-suffocation valve to protect the user in the event of oxygen supply depletion. The miniature regulator installs directly into the standard inlet port of the GENTEX mask. The universal compatibility eliminates the costs and logistics problems that would typically come with the development of a custom mask. The regulator can be installed or removed in under 30 seconds, which lends itself to improved maintainability and reliability.

The self-contained, compact six-person portable oxygen system, 7920030-21 or 7920030-25, is suitable for use in flying, parachuting, rescue and emergency medical applications. The system is capable of being used in the air, on the ground or at sea by personnel requiring a highly mobile, extremely durable and long lasting oxygen system.

The - 21 version of the console is compatible with the original American Safety Flight Systems (ASFS) Airox equipment. The -25 console can be used with the ASFS system in addition to the PHAOS and PHANTOM parachutist systems.

The console can be used by up to six individuals, all connected to various breathing devices 9i.e. chest mounted, helmet mounted, sui mounted, etc.), at the same time. The console assembly structure is supported by two military-standard 2,100 psig (145 bar) high pressure oxygen cylinders.

The console will interface with numerous oxygen regulators and mask combinations and existing MIL Spec oxygen hoses. The console is also equipped with a second fill valve to connect to an external auxiliary or emergency oxygen supply at pressures up to450 psig (31 bar).

The console is logistically simple to maintain and is serviceable in the field. The oxygen cylinders can be refilled while in use through a single fill valve. Safety is ensured through low and high pressure relief valves to protect the system against high pressures and temperatures. Securing bolts provide locking to any superstructure. The console is field proven in a variety of applications by the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corp and more than 20 foreign countries.

The PHANTOM Automated Test Stand is a new test stand developed to support the mask, jump bottle, and oxygen console. The state-of-the-art PHANTOM Automated Test Stand is a paradigm shift in oxygen equipment test apparatus. Featuring a touch-screen electronic interface and test data history storage, the PC based system can be modified to support multiple pieces of equipment, and is fully portable with a handle and integral wheels for easy transport.
