Sonic Defenders are made from an ultra-soft, hypoallergenic material, and ergonomically shaped so you can wear them comfortably throughout the day. Their low-profile design means you won't have to remove them while wearing a headgear, mask or hat, or before using the phone, a headset or supplemental ear muffs. The Hocks Noise Braker filters used in the Sonic Defender will reduce the level of sound coming into the ear in conjunction with the properly fitted earpieces, allowing no sounds over 80 decibels to pass through.
