The PG Weight Belt is made from cordura, has padding and an adjustable plastic clip for a comfortable and secure fit. This is an off-the-shelf weight belt so there is no wait, it's in stock. It contains individual weights of 1.1 lbs. (500g) each, so you can easily fine tune your fall rate. It comes in three off-the-shelf sizes. The Small size belt contains 10 lbs. (4.5kg) in weight, the Medium size belt contains 11 lbs. (5kg ) in weight, and the Large size belt contains 12 lbs. (5.45kg ) in weight.
Small - 23.5" - 28" waist (70cm - 72cm).
Medium - 28" - 33.5" waist (72cm - 85cm).
Large - 33.5" - 37" waist (85cm - 94 cm).
