The
PARACHUTE RIGGER HANDBOOK (FAA-H-08083-17), is the first new technical “how to”
book since the revised Parachute Manual in 1991. The PRH is the FAA official
rigger handbook written by Sandy Reid, Master rigger, DPRE and Course Director
at USAPR. The PRH has been called “the New Testament in parachute rigging – a
must have book.” The PRH is in full color consisting of 344 pages and is bound
with a heavy duty plastic spiral. Riggers will find it extremely user friendly
enabling the book to be opened to lay flat for easy access and reference. The
PRH is a technical “hands on” book. The material presented in this handbook is
appropriate for senior and master parachute riggers. The handbook contains
