Automatic Cargo Parachute Release

The Automatic Cargo Parachute Release is a load relief actuated. It is by far the the most reliable and versatile release available. The unit is completely sealed against moisture, dirt and tampering. It does not require any type of adjustment, setting or arming by the user.
OPERATION:
The release incorporates a hydraulic timing delay which is actuated by the load tension. This delay is long enough to prevent disconnect during the opening shocks, yet short enough to permit low altitude delivery. After the delay period, the release is in safe but armed condition, ready for instant disconnect when the load comes to rest, whether on land or water. They are immediately ready for re-use by merely re-inserting the release bolt and snapping the release jaws shut. They will then automatically re-set and re-seal themselves, ready for use again.
